This annual event is anticipated by local residents and racing enthusiasts alike because of the iconic location, amazing ocean views, music, cocktails and tasty bites from Chef Nathan Lingle. The Goods
1.75 oz Hudson Whiskey
3 oz Ginger Beer
1 tsp Honey
3 drops Memphis Barbeque Bitters
3-4 Mint Leaves
The Method
Combine all ingredients into a shaker, stir generously. Strain into an ice-filled bucket glass and garnish with sprigs of mint.
