Camp Del Mar at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club

Offered during every race during the summer season, Camp Del Mar has mini golf, crafts, activities, lunch and snacks for kids ages 5-12 while their parents are at the races. While the kids play take advantage of the Del Mar summer concert series after the races.

Amici’s Ristobar ​Grand Opening​

Located in Carmel Valley’s Pacific Highlands Ranch, beloved restaurant Dolce at the Highlands will reopen as  Amici’s Ristobar. When the restaurant reopens as Amici’s Ristobar, guests will be greeted by a neighborhood-focused Italian restaurant with more approachable and relaxed decor, a casual-upscale vibe and a revamped outdoor patio. Like a true family, diners can expect to find the same familiar faces that managed the restaurant prior, including Chef Rhoelle Gabriel, General Manager Courtney MacDonald, and the same front-and-back of house teams.

L’Auberge Del Mar Welcomes Colin Leaver As Chef De Cuisine

Coastline at the L’Auberge Del Mar is debuting a new summer dinner menu by Collin Leaver as chef de cuisine. He will collaborate with the resort’s executive chef Nathan Lingle on menu development, combining his certified pizzaiolo and Italian influences with fresh ingredients to create new and contemporary menus.
